• Own and manage the Aruba Partner Ambassador Program for Americas
Conduct monthly ambassador webinars and publish quarterly call topics
Aruba Partner Ambassador Conference and Symposiums
North America partner ambassador conference during Atmosphere
October international partner ambassador symposium
Primary lead for coordination of all meeting activities, topics, speakers, schedules, hotel, transportation, meals
• Own the monthly Channel technical webinar program.
o Create a comprehensive framework of monthly channel technical webinars across all solution categories.
o Manage the webinar schedule
o Keep topics appropriate for a technical audience
o Focus webinars around new products, new software, new features, new standards, etc.
o Send out monthly invites, emcee the calls, record each session
o Post completed webinars on HPE eLearning and Arubapedia
o Post schedule on partner webinar calendar
• Work with NPI teams and PLMs to develop training content for new products and releases (including but not limited to: webinars, hands-on, presentations, etc.) to be used by the ChSE team
• Oversee the library of technical training content used by the Channel SE team
make sure each training course is complete, including slides, student and teacher guides, lab, outline and invite
Track content age, schedule and drive courseware revisions, updates. Drive new content development. Distribute development tasks to select Channel SEs, making sure each module is completed on time, and oversee the delivery of the finished product
Schedule and host train-the-trainer sessions as needed for new or newly revised content
Determine what if any hardware is required for these courses, and assemble an accurate BOM
• Assisting with ChSE team quarterly performance reporting
Summarizing each team member’s performance numbers, making sure all formulas are correct
Provide input to the content of the report, including webinar data, content streamed from SABA, courseware development updates from the prior quarter
