Für unseren technischen Vertrieb von Netzwerkprodukten und Lösungen in Österreich und Schweiz, suchen wir Verstärkung in Österreich in Form eines System Engineers / Presales Consultant (m/w) mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Mobility Solutions.

Sie haben bereits mindestens 3 Jahre technische Erfahrung im Netzwerkbereich sammeln können und bringen gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Local Area Network (LAN) und Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) mit.Das Design und die Konfiguration von Campus Netzwerken im LAN und WLAN Bereich geht Ihnen dabei leicht von der Hand. Entsprechende Zertifizierungen zeichnen sie dahingehend aus. Bereits erworbene Erfahrungen / Zertifizierungen im Bereich Aruba Networks sind von Vorteil.

Als System Engineers / Presales Consultant (m/w) sind Sie es gewohnt mit Menschen umzugehen. Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Präsentationsfähigkeiten zählen zu Ihren Stärken. Sie sind es gewohnt in „Proof of Concepts“ Produkte praktisch zu präsentieren und meistern auch komplexe Konfigurationen. Dabei stellen Sie sicher, dass die technischen Features und Leistungen von Aruba Produkten von Kunden, Vertriebspartnern und unserem Sales Team verstanden werden und sorgen für den erforderlichen Wissenstransfer. Sie nehmen an Marketingaktivitäten teil und repräsentieren Aruba Networks in relevanten Foren.

Vorteilhaft ist auch wenn sie vertriebsnahe Erfahrungen mitbringen und es gewohnt sind, nicht nur technische Aspekte sondern auch vertriebliche Aspekte mit zu betrachten, um Projekte erfolgreich abzuschließen.

Eine positive Einstellung auch in schwierigen Situationen, viel Teamgeist und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab. Ebenso erwarten wir die sichere Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft zu reisen.

  • Ensure technical product expertise, technical resources and tools are available enabling qualification and differentiation of the HPE Aruba offering within the targeted segment through appropriate understanding of customer needs
  • Understand and translate customer technical and business requirements into product and solution designs
  • Experiences in use case talks with end customers
  • Ensure technical knowledge is transferred to partner's sales force to enable partner driven technical presales & sales engagement
  • Prepare technical presentations and benchmarks on products
  • Alignment of technical work with channel partners to match customer requirements
  • Representation of HPE Aruba in relevant national Business Associations (technical partner and end-user forums)
  • Participate to Marketing activities, providing technical presales support when technical expertise is required
  • Responsible for achieving Partner Certification Targets in order to meet HPE Aruba and customer expectations
  • Validate and describe Specials request from technical point of view as well as from business perspective to drive customer requirements
  • Provide technical (solutions/products/technology/competitive) feedback from partners/end-users on our solutions/products to WW R&D

  • Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree and/or Master's (graduate) degree, preferably in Computer engineering or the like.
  • 3 years’ experience in IT sales, presales or technical networking consulting
  • Knowledge of the networking market as well as knowledge of at least one vendors LAN / WLAN products & solutions. Any further vendor knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge about wireless technologies (IEEE 802.11) and deployment strategies
  • Any certifications like HPE Aruba Certifications, Cisco's CCNA, CCNP or CCIE or equivalent qualification are highly desired
  • Experiences in setup and operating proof of concepts including practical configuration of networking products
  • A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
  • Strong presentation and technical communication skills
  • An organized, team approach,
  • Fluent English and German

We are legally obliged to quote for Austriathe KV minimum salary (related to KV Handel für Angestellte) for the position (€ 25.690 gross annual salary with 38,5 h/w).

For this role an annual salary starting at € 35.000 gross (All-In) is planned - with the willingness to pay significantly more depending on individual experience and qualification.
