Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars by prioritizing and responding to requests for meetings, conference/event attendance and interviews
  • Arrange and manage corporate travel and meetings including developing agendas and itineraries, booking transportation, arranging lodging, accommodations and managing expense reports
  • Plan and execute logistics for on-site and off-site meetings/events
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate people and teams
  • Manage special projects
