Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, is a leading provider of next-generation networking solutions for the mobile enterprise: We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Engineer to join our team.

The Sr. Network Engineer will help deploy, support, and maintain servers, virtual environments, storage, and infrastructure.


  • Design and maintain Aruba’s global network

  • Maintain network devices and configurations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues as they arise

  • Collaborate with the global IT team to ensure optimal network availability and performance

  • Implement company Information Security policies in the network environment

  • Respond to and resolve service incidents

  • Perform root-cause analysis, instituting preventive measures where indicated

  • Collaborate with departments across the company to accomplish team objectives

  • Perform other technical duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum of Twelve (12) years Network Engineering experience required

  • Minimum of Four (4) years of experience supporting global network environments required

  • Excellent communication skills required

  • Willingness to learn new technologies to support company growth required

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4, and IPv6 required

  • Deep experience with routing, switching, and firewalls required

  • Experience with wireless LAN technologies required

  • Understanding of security concepts and best practices required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Aruba technologies

  • Master’s degree in a related field
